Getting to Kingston Hospital
If you have an appointment with Kingston Hospital, please follow the guidance below.
If you are running late for an appointment, please give us a call so that we can let the hospital clinicians know.
Please allow enough time for your journey, especially if you plan on coming via car, as we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are extensively late.
By Car: If travelling by Car, please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment as the hospital may be busy and parking is very limited. Heartsure patients have the exclusive use of the Kingston Private Health car park facility, but please note that at times this can also be busy. When approaching Kingston, enter the hospital via the Kingston Hill entrance (opposite Queens Road). Follow the road straight where you will find the KPH car park on the right hand side. You can find a map to this car park here.
Please note - you must provide your vehicle registration plate to the Admin Team at Heartsure to avoid any penalty charges being issued. Failure to do so may result in a fine or prosecution.
By Taxi: If you are coming by Taxi, please enter the hospital through the main hospital entrance located on Galsworthy Road. You can be dropped off at the hospital entrance ramp, or enter through the main outpatients area. For the Radiology Department, enter through the Main Outpatients entrance. The department is directly ahead of you.
By Bus: The K2, K3, K4, 213 and 57 Bus Routes, operated by Transport for London, stop directly outside the hospital. If you are travelling on the route towards Kingston or Roehampton (K3, 213, 57), please alight at Kingston Hospital (Stop NH). Travelling towards Sutton, Clapham or Esher (K3, 213, 57), please alight at Kingston Hospital (Stop NK). Routes K2 and K4 stop within the Kingston Hospital forecourt. These busses operate from central Kingston and all serve Cromwell Road or Fairfield Bus Station interchanges.
Nearby routes include 85 and K5 which stop at Queens Road (Kingston Hospital) or Norbiton Station respectively with a less than 3 minute walk to the hospital. To get more information about getting here using TfL services, you can visit the TfL journey planner here.
By Train: The closest national railway station is Norbiton, which is located 3-5 minutes walk from the hospital. The station is served by South Western Railway with regular services to London Waterloo and Shepperton.
You can find more information about train times and fares by visiting the South Western Railway website here.
